Position Summary: This is a full-time position within the Marketing department, working in our Cambridge office on a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days in the office).  

 

The Opportunity

We’re recruiting for a Marketing Administrator to join the Cycle Pharmaceuticals team and support the marketing department on a variety of tasks, to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives to drive business objectives. This role would be well suited to a driven individual with a keen interest in Marketing and Project Management. Collaboration is important to us here at Cycle Pharma and in this role, you’ll interact with various departments internally as well as external suppliers and events companies.

What will you be doing in this role:

  • Provide proactive support to the marketing team across a variety of campaigns, with a particular focus on delivering results for the US market.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing materials for assigned products helping to shape impactful brand messaging.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of diverse marketing activities, from website updates and email campaigns to materials for events, conferences, exhibitions, and advisory boards.
  • Manage the administration and uploading of marketing content to our CMS (Mainsail), raise placeholders, track and coordinate progress through workflows to keep everything on schedule.
  • Help monitor and maintain stock levels of printed marketing materials, ensuring teams have what they need when they need it.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing material recalls, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory processes.
  • Source quotes from suppliers and help ensure marketing spend stays on track with the approved budget.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build strong, productive working relationships.
  • Support proofreading and quality control of marketing content, bringing a keen eye for detail to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage the renewal process for Cycle Pharma website domains, ensuring continued web presence and functionality.

 

The following skills and experience will be important in helping to set you up to succeed and thrive in this role:

  • Academic Degree in either Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing Qualification or relevant experience in an administration role.
  • Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Confident at multi-tasking and working on multiple projects at one time.
  • A positive and friendly attitude, flexible self-starter able to work using initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work as part of a growing team.
  • Keen to learn new processes and work procedures set within the business.
  • A detail orientated and organised mindset.

Skills or experience that would be beneficial but not essential:

  • Asana or similar project management tools.
  • WordPress or similar.
  • Google Analytics / SEO experience.
