The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organised Commercial Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in building and scaling Cycle Pharma's US Commercial Operations function. This is an exciting time to join Cycle Pharmaceuticals as we continue our rapid growth and expansion.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Sales Operations and Commercial Operations and collaborate across key business areas to shape how data, insights and technology drive our commercial success. You’ll help design, implement and enhance the systems and tools that power our business including; Cycle Pharma’s Data Operations, Commercial CRM, DataMart, Analytics Platform, and cross-functional BI reporting. Your expertise will be key in ensuring that our teams have the right data, insights, and systems to make smarter decisions, operate efficiently to deliver results.

What you will be doing:
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Market Access, Product, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to provide and deliver impactful data and technology solutions.
 - Implement, enhance, and maintain Cycle’s CRM, DataMart, and BI reporting infrastructure.
 - Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to manage the accurate and timely delivery of commercial data, analytics, and reporting outputs.
 - Contribute to the ongoing development of Cycle’s Commercial Analytics, evolving dashboards and reporting tools that empower business users to make data-driven decisions.
 - Deliver operational and analytical support across critical areas including CRM management, targeting, segmentation, territory alignment, and field performance tracking.
 - Deliver digital automation and data process improvements in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and IT to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
 - Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in analytics, automation, integrations, and AI bringing fresh ideas to continuously improve Cycle’s commercial operations ecosystem.
 
Skills and experience that will help you to succeed in this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
 - Proven experience in a Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Analytics role within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
 - Confident user of operating Sales CRMs (Salesforce, Veeva, or similar) and familiarity with commercial data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, Definitive, etc.).
 - Solid understanding of Life Sciences Commercial processes (Customer Engagement, Targeting, Alignment, Incentive Compensation, Marketing Operations, Pharmacy, Finance, Patient Services).
 - Strong analytical and technical skills, including Excel, SQL, Python and exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
 - Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
