Partnerships Manager
About Creative Fabrica
Creative Fabrica is a subscription platform serving millions of creators, designers, and crafters worldwide. We're built on the principle that everyone can be creative. We remove what stands in the way: expensive software, technical expertise, and time-consuming production.
Our Studio AI suite offers more than 26 specialized AI tools that automate technical work: generate custom images, remove backgrounds, create fonts, and produce publication-ready designs in minutes instead of hours.
Our content library contains 15+ million commercially-licensed fonts, graphics, SVGs, and templates, giving you professional-quality building blocks without the expense or time of creating assets from scratch.
About the role:
Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products in a market where the best technology, models and distribution opportunities are developing incredibly quickly. Partnerships are an important part of how we want to grow: building strong relationships across the AI ecosystem, identifying opportunities early, and turning those relationships into product integrations, launches, distribution and other strategic opportunities.
As our Partnerships Manager, you will own the development and execution of external partnerships across Creative Fabrica's AI business. This is not a role focused on maintaining a small number of existing relationships. We expect you to be constantly creating new opportunities: researching companies, reaching out, taking meetings, developing ideas, negotiating agreements and pushing partnerships through to launch.
You will work directly with our Product, Product Marketing, Growth and leadership teams, and you'll have significant freedom to explore. We expect you to develop your own pipeline rather than waiting for a predefined list of companies to contact. Once an opportunity is identified, you drive it internally and externally until it becomes a real partnership.
This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.
What you will do:
- Own the partnerships pipeline - from initial identification through outreach, negotiation, launch and ongoing development
- Create conversations - continuously identify companies, platforms and AI providers that could become valuable partners, and proactively reach out rather than relying on inbound opportunities
- Build relationships across the AI ecosystem - connect with the right people at AI and technology companies, and actively use events and industry gatherings to open new doors
- Develop creative partnership concepts - shape opportunities around product integrations, new AI models, launches, distribution and joint marketing that create value for both sides
- Unlock early access - work with AI model and technology providers to secure early access to new models, APIs, features and technology
- Build the business case - create clear internal cases for opportunities and quickly determine which partnerships are worth pursuing
- Negotiate and close - agree commercial terms within agreed parameters and coordinate contracts with the relevant internal teams
- Drive follow-through - own the internal execution with Product, Engineering and Product Marketing so agreed partnerships actually launch and make maximum external impact
- Build a repeatable engine - maintain a structured pipeline with clear status and next steps, and keep developing partnerships beyond the initial agreement
What you will need:
- 2+ years of experience - in partnerships, business development or a similar external-facing commercial role, with demonstrable experience sourcing and developing new opportunities
- End-to-end deal experience - you've managed opportunities from first outreach through negotiation and execution, and you're comfortable with commercial terms and contracts
- Commercial sharpness - you can quickly evaluate whether an opportunity makes business sense and distinguish an interesting conversation from a valuable partnership
- Strong communication - excellent written and spoken English, clear partnership proposals and business cases, and confidence working with senior stakeholders, founders and executives
- Tech and AI fluency - a strong understanding of technology businesses and digital products, plus a genuine interest in AI and willingness to develop a deep understanding of the ecosystem
- Extreme proactivity - you're comfortable contacting anyone without waiting for an introduction, hearing no, and immediately moving on to the next opportunity
- High organisation - you can manage a large pipeline of conversations simultaneously and follow up persistently to move opportunities forward
Nice to have:
- An AI ecosystem network - existing relationships within the AI or technology ecosystem, including AI model providers or infrastructure companies
- Integration deal experience - negotiating API, technology or product-integration partnerships, or securing early access and strategic agreements with technology providers
- Co-marketing and distribution experience - joint product launches, co-marketing campaigns or distribution partnerships, including with international partners
- Startup pace - experience building a partnerships function from an early stage in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment
We would also like to offer you:
- Lunch: On days you work in the office a warm fresh lunch will be provided for you.
- 30 days Work From Anywhere Benefit per year.
- 24 days of paid vacation per year + public holidays.
- Travel Allowance, if you live more than 10 KM from the office (in the form of an NS card).
- Company pension plan.
- Company events and overseas trips!
