Location: Jakarta, Indonesia | Reports to: Sales Director | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Indonesia | Language Requirements: Professional level English and Bahasa Indonesia written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid 

As our new Key Account Manager in Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating market growth by attracting new customers and fostering trusted, long-term relationships. Your focus will be delivering high-value solutions, optimizing licensing strategies, and supporting customers throughout their digital transformation journeys. You will also collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure business success.  

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Drive business development, pipeline generation, and sales initiatives, with accurate forecasting and timely CRM reporting 
  • Build and manage channel pipelines, monitor opportunity progression, and oversee order booking, collections, and KPI performance  
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, sales, and gross profit targets in alignment with country goals 
  • Develop a solid understanding of product solutions and services from key partners and publishers 

What we need to see from you:       

  • Demonstrated sales experience, including direct sales and account management, ideally with corporate or enterprise customers 
  • Proven success in selling multi-cloud solutions and software licensing, ideally working with Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) 
  • Extensive professional network and ability to utilize existing client relationships to drive business growth 
  • Track record of exceeding quotas across both existing and new accounts 
  • Results-driven, proactive, and motivated by a positive, winning attitude  
  • Skilled at analyzing customer needs and translating technical challenges into strategic business opportunities, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes
