As our new Accounting Manager, you will join a diverse, people-focused team across multiple regions, in a company known for its great culture. You’ll ensure compliance with local GAAP and tax requirements, implement group reporting under IFRS, and manage all accounting and finance activities in line with Crayon’s policies. Your responsibilities include coordinating the local accounting provider, preparing reporting packages, handling bank payments, monitoring accounts receivable, and managing cash flow to support strong financial performance. 

The role: 

  • Organize and ensure a full-cycle accounting process in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania, IFRS and Crayon’s policies 
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts for local management 
  • Managing the shared services team for transactional accounting 
  • Plan sales invoices in line with project accounting in accordance with GAAP 
  • Support the General Manager with project accounting, budget, forecast, and other financial questions 
  • Prepare cash flow report, and cash management and participate in year-end closing, and the statutory audit, to coordinate annual statement preparation and submission 

What we need to see from you: 

  • Hands-on experience with IFRS and local GAAP accounting 
  • Proven experience in full-cycle accounting and solid Excel expertise is required 
  • Experience in finance management, including forecasting and budgeting 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent 
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure 
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for accounting and financial analysis
