Practical Information: 

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania | Reports to: Sales Director | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Lithuania | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional Lithuanian and English, written and verbal 

As our new Account Manager, your objective is to build and nurture relationships with corporate accounts to drive revenue growth through licensing and services sales. You will be responsible for promoting up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, with a particular focus on Cloud vendors and hyperscalers' productsand services. Furthermore, you will be working on new accounts together with the rest of the presales team for lead generation and pipeline management.  

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Identify and drive opportunities for new market growth, up-selling, and cross-selling Crayon’s service offerings 
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet quarterly targets, ensuring accurate CRM reporting and maintaining customer data 
  • Increase contact points and build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders 
  • Conduct cold calls to proactively engage prospective customers 

Your Competencies: 

  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales/presales and consulting of IT solutions 
  • Experience with cloud solutions such as Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) 
  • Ability to engage with customers, fostering trust and contributing to long-term success
