We are currently on the lookout for a new Senior Accounts Dispute Resolution Officer to join our Finance team in the Philippines. You will have the accountability of helping the team to improve the partner experience, reducing operational losses, and act as the go-to-person in resolving invoice disputes. You will also manage internal and external stakeholders, building trusted based relationships to improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end finance dispute resolution processes, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of partner and customer issues, including pricing discrepancies, duplicate or incorrect invoicing, credits, and usage anomalies
- Maintain accurate case records from initiation through resolution, administering agreed outcomes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Escalate unresolved disputes promptly to the Accounts Dispute Resolutions Manager to ensure timely resolution
- Partner with Sales Account Managers and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve billing issues that impact collections and overdue balances
- Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement, implementing process enhancements that support operational excellence, business goals, and productivity
What we need to see from you:
- Mid-senior level experience in Accounts Receivable Operations or Finance Dispute Resolution, ideally within the Software or IT industry
- Relevant qualifications in Finance, Law, Business, or related fields
- Certifications such as Six Sigma Practitioner or Microsoft credentials are highly advantageous
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to take initiative to deliver tasks efficiently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues and driving independent resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and consistent engagement with stakeholders at all levels
