Location: Nashville, TN, US | Reports to: SLED Sales Director| Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for US | Language Requirements: Professional level English written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid, office-based 4 days a week
As our new Digital Sales Specialist SLED, you will take the lead in growing our presence across the public sector. You will drive both the expansion of existing accounts and the acquisition of new clients within the government and education verticals. In this role, you will implement strategic sales initiatives that strengthen our presence, build lasting client partnerships, and consistently deliver on performance goals.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients, serving as their trusted inside account manager
- Develop and execute renewal strategies tailored to client needs and business objectives to ensure long-term success
- Be the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests within assigned government and education accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product specialists, to deliver timely, effective solutions
- Champion service excellence by ensuring every interaction meets client expectations and strengthens overall satisfaction
Your Competencies:
- 1–3 years of experience managing end-to-end sales processes
- Background in cloud/SaaS technology sales, ideally combined with experience serving public sector organizations in education or government
- Execute data-driven sales strategies across assigned accounts and monitor key metrics to ensure client engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth
