We’re seeking a strategic and experienced People & Culture Business Partner to lead country-level HR initiatives across Sweden and Finland. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving programs that align with organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
You will take ownership of Sweden’s employee experience, managing benefits, leading legal cases compliant with Swedish labor laws and workforce transitions, and partnering with trade unions and employee representatives to foster collaboration. You will also play a key role in M&A activity, supporting due diligence and change management. You will champion a culture of well-being, health, and safety across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives and embed diversity, equity and inclusion across the employee lifecycle
- Leading employee engagement programs that build connection, recognition, and a culture of feedback
- Shaping compensation and rewards strategies that are fair, competitive, and aligned with market insights
- Driving talent development through performance management, succession planning, and impactful learning programs
- Using data and reporting to measure success, support change, and continuously improve our people practices
Your Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/P&C, with at least 2 years in a country-specific business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law, collective agreements, and union collaboration.

- You have a strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior leaders and commitment to DEI and cultural sensitivity.
