As our new Partner Development Manager, you will be part of our highly skilled Channel sales team. In this role you will be recruiting and onboarding new Hosting Partners, Service Providers, Cloud Resellers and System Integrators. You will collaborate closely with our Cloud Desk team and PDMs across Africa to design and execute impactful sales and marketing campaigns. In addition, you will take ownership of key accounts and drive future business opportunities.

Other responsibilities:

• Position Crayon as the strategic cloud aggregator and trusted partner for Customers and Partners at all maturity stages
• Leverage key vendor partnerships (AWS, Microsoft) to maximize value for Customers and Partners
• Drive partner opportunity rhythm using CRM for sales accountability
• Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure consistent, predictable execution
• Deliver monthly and quarterly results to demonstrate cloud growth and market share gains

Your Competencies:

• 2+ years in channel or partner sales, focused on new partner acquisition
• Proven experience in the Microsoft or broader IT ecosystem
• Solid financial acumen with experience building growth strategies and selling to C-suite executives
