Sales Assistant (Part-time)

Location: Riga, Latvia | Reports to:  General Manager | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Latvia | Language Requirements: Professional/fluent English and Latvian, written and spoken | Work Arrangement: Hybrid 

As our new Sales Assistant, you will be involved in different sales activities, as well as supporting, and collaborating with our teams and customers. You will be utilizing Crayon’s technologies and solutions to meet customers’ needs and build strong customer relationships. 
 
Your responsibilities will include:  

• Collaborate with the Operation and Finance team in matters of follow-ups 
• Maintain accurate sales records 
• You will offer support to our customers from the Public and Private sector 
• Participate in the creation and renewal of agreements 
• Work with invoicing, billing, and order management processes 

Your Competencies:  

• Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in similar Sales role, preferably within the IT ecosystem 
• Familiarity with sales processes
• Hands-on experience in B2B environments 
• Proven ability to manage and nurture end-customer relationships
