As our new Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients on their journey with the Microsoft 365 collaborative environment, precisely with Powerplatform, Azure, and emerging generative AI technologies such as Copilot. You will be responsible to drive the adoption of collaborative solutions, lead digital transformation projects, and integrate AI-powered capabilities into business processes to boost productivity and innovation. Success in this role will be measured by client satisfaction, project delivery excellence, and continuous learning, while driving high-quality solutions that strengthen our client relationships and open new opportunities. 

Other responsibilities will include: 

• Guide customers in using Microsoft 365 tools for better collaboration 

• Lead and execute digital transformation projects with Microsoft 365 and AI 

• Conduct training sessions for effective tool and AI adoption 

• Identify opportunities for process improvement with AI and Microsoft 365 

• Support customers in transitioning to modern digital environments 

Your Competencies: 

• 1+ years of experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives 

• 1+ years of experience with Powerplatform 

• Hands-on knowledge of at least one generative AI solution, with practical experience in using it to automate processes and foster innovation
