As our new Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Crayon’s presence in Indonesia by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and strategic relationships. You will leverage your sales and business operations expertise along with your technical competencies in cloud and data platforms to drive growth and be part of a team that values innovation, partnership, and high performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drive long-term cloud adoption through Crayon’s cloud products and solutions
- Build, manage, and report a healthy pipeline while following up on leads
- Collaborate with account managers on lead generation and post-event activities
- Monitor customer preferences and engage in consultative conversations to uncover needs and deliver relevant, value-driven solutions
- Identify, through strategic dialogue, how Crayon’s services and vendor portfolio can add value to the customers
Your Competencies:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the IT industry, with a solid understanding of solution selling
- Experience working with Licensing Solution Providers (LSPs), preferably Microsoft or AWS
- Technical background in roles related to Data Platform, Cloud, or Architecture
- Proven track record of solution selling to both new and existing partners

- You are an effective communicator with solid business acumen and advanced negotiation skills
- You are a results-oriented sales professional who can translate technical concepts into clear business solutions
- You are adaptable to customer needs and creative in solving complex challenges
