As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance data platform solutions. Collaborating closely with internal Crayon teams, you will ensure data is accessible, reliable, and optimized for analytics and decision-making, empowering the organization with actionable insights.
Key responsibilities will include
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for efficient data ingestion and storage
- Implement and maintain data solutions using Git, SQL, PySpark, Python, Databricks, and Azure
- Collaborate to build a flexible, high-performance data platform
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring reliability and performance
Your Competencies
- 3+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance data solutions
- Proficient in in SQL and Python/PySpark
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake
- Proven track record of deploying and managing data solutions in production environments
