As our new Legal Counsel, you will join our Nordics Legal Team, and support the legal function across Crayon Nordics, aligning with Crayon Group's objectives and goals. You will implement the legal strategy, ensure corporate governance, and provide expert legal advice. Furthermore, you will have the chance to play an essential role in ensuring corporate compliance with legislation and policies, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing expert guidance on legal matters across Sweden and Norway.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Act as the legal advisor to our employees, stakeholders and management in a wide range of commercial and corporate legal matters
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the legal team and other departments to enhance internal legal processes
- Develop, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including software license agreements, IT consulting contracts, non-disclosure agreements, codes of conduct, and general terms and conditions
- Deliver legal guidance throughout the lifecycle of public and private tender processes
- Stay up to date on legal developments relevant to the business and actively contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and best practices
Your Competencies:
- Master's degree in law
- 3+ years of in-house legal experience, preferably in IT
- Experience with contract drafting and negotiations
- Knowledge of public sector agreements in Sweden

- Efficient communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
- Proactive, structured and pragmatic way of working and looking at law through a commercial lens (or commerce through a legal lens)
- Commercially driven and solution-oriented mindset, highly detail-focused and skilled at identifying legal and business risks effectively
