As our new Project Manager – AI at Crayon's Data & AI Centre of Excellence, you will work closely with Solution Architects, ML Engineers, Data Scientists and project leads to manage the end-to-end delivery and AI projects across India.  

Key responsibilities will include:  

• Driving day-to-day project execution across multiple AI delivery workstreams and monitoring progress, dependencies, risks and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track 
• Supporting delivery leads and solution architects in managing delivery milestones, timelines and interdependencies ensuring key action items are documented and followed up 
• Managing internal and external communication cadences, including meeting schedules, status reports, and stakeholder updates 
• Serving as a point of coordination for communication between delivery, sales, technical teams, and client stakeholders 
• Owning and optimizing delivery tools, templates, dashboard, and reporting mechanisms 

Your Competencies:   

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in project management within a technology, consulting, or software delivery environment 
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and tools such as Jira and Confluence 
• Project management certifications, such as PMP, CSM, SAFe are advantageous

• You have excellent coordination and communication skills with experience working across technical and non-technical teams 
• You have the proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment 
• You are proactive, structured, and detail-oriented with a bias for action and ownership
