We are seeking a new Key Account Manager to join our team, where you will be responsible for new business development and further nurturing the relationship with the clients to identify further opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Crayon’s services. You will have the opportunity to work with top Estonian customers by helping them to develop with professional services and solutions from leading global vendors such as Microsoft, AWS and Google. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Acquire new clients and further drive the sales and revenue of our Cloud, professional and managed services 
  • Manage and develop a customer contact base, building relationships with technical decision-makers, key influencers and C-level executives while driving the sales of our service and vendor offerings 
  • Up-sell and cross-sell across the entire Crayon services portfolio into existing and new customer accounts 
  • Cooperate closely with the pre-sales team and Account team, to build an account plan 
  • Develop and execute a new business strategy into targeted customer verticals 

Your Competencies: 

  • Expertise in hunting and new business development 
  • Proven experience with account planning  
  • Demonstrated experience in IT Sales preferably selling Cloud and/or managed Services and Solutions (Azure, AWS or GCP) 
  • Microsoft, Google, AWS Sales and/or fundamentals certifications would be a plus

  • You are focused on achieving results, customer-driven, and have an entrepreneurial mindset 
  • You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to engage effectively at all levels, from technical discussions (including pre-sales) to conversations with CXOs 
  • You take complete ownership and responsibility for both performance and customer relationships
