As our new Junior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with Crayon’s internal legal team to help navigate legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws. You’ll also collaborate with teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and HR, as well as engage with our local and regional legal resources across multiple regions and time zones globally.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on due diligence, contract work, and legal research
- Manage contract signing and maintain a compliant document library for customer and vendor agreements
- Review and update the register of customer and partner contracts to ensure accuracy
- Assess and amend contract templates to meet current legal requirements
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks, including corporate and regulatory filings
Your Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
- Ideally with up to 2 years of in-house legal exposure
- Knowledge of commercial and corporate law principles and terminology

- You are able to work as part of a cohesive team across business units, countries, cultures, and regions
- You are proficient at prioritizing work and able to handle responsibilities independently and autonomously, with attention to detail and accuracy
- You have a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to be firm when required internally and externally
