As our new Cloud Solution Architect – M365, you will be responsible for designing, solutioning, and managing Microsoft 365 solutions for our customers in Hungary. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop Microsoft 365 solutions that align with their needs. Additionally, you will participate in pre-sales activities. Your role will also include supporting and managing customers' Microsoft 365 environments, as well as providing training and ongoing support to ensure effective usage. You are expected to act as a role model with a strong coaching mindset. 

  
Key responsibilities will include:     

• Develop and maintain Microsoft 365 architecture, ensuring optimal configuration for scalability, security, and performance across all workloads (AD, Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.). 

•  Manage and troubleshoot hybrid environments, including Entra Connect (formerly Azure AD Connect), on-premises Active Directory synchronization, and hybrid Exchange configurations. 

•  Provide advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services, resolve complex technical issues, and act as an escalation point for support teams 

• Keep abreast of Microsoft 365 updates, new features, and best practices to ensure the organization leverages the latest capabilities 

• Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, migration plans, and operational guides. Provide training and guidance to IT teams and end-users 

 

Your Competencies:        

•  5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 architecture and administration 

• Any of the following certifications:MS102, MD102, MS700, MS203 is highly regarded, and AZ800, SC300, SC400/401 is a plus  

• Proven track record of successfully leading tenant-to-tenant migrations in complex environments 

• Extensive experience managing hybrid AD and Exchange environments, including (Azure AD) Entra Connect and Exchange hybrid deployments
