Join our team of skilled experts in Paris as a Data Consultant / Microsoft Fabric Specialist, where you will design and deliver modern cloud data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure services. You will work across the full data lifecycle - from ingestion and transformation into real-time analytics and reporting. You will contribute to complex architecture projects, bringing both technical expertise and customer focus. Key responsibilities:
- Design scalable data architectures using One Lake, Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, and Power BI
- Build data pipelines and models using Fabric Data Engineering (Spark), Azure Data Factory, and Synapse
- Apply governance, security and cost optimization using RBAC, Microsoft Purview, and Fabric capacities
- Lead or support client workshops and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Share knowledge, contribute to internal accelerators, and stay current with Fabric innovations
Your Competencies:
- 2+ years of experience delivering data platform solutions, including 1+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including components such as One Lake, Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, and Power BI integration
- Proven ability to build and orchestrate data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Fabric Data Engineering (Spark notebooks), and Synapse Analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/PySpark, and data modeling (dimensional/star schema design)
- Solid understanding of Power BI (DAX, semantic models, Direct Lake connectivity) for building governed and scalable reporting solutions
- Microsoft Certified (e.g., DP-203, DP-600, DP-700, PL-300); Fabric-related certifications is highly valued

- You are eager to learn new technologies and stay current with Microsoft solutions
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively present solutions to customers, partners, and colleagues at Crayon.
- You are able to work independently and collaborate across a global multi-discipline team
