As our new AWS Product Manager at Crayon’s Data & AI Centre of Excellence, you will drive growth by developing new Data & AI products, services, and business models around AWS GenAI assets. You will manage partner and customer relationships while generating new business through solution development and sales focused on the core services of major cloud providers, particularly AWS. Working closely with our delivery teams, AWS colleagues, and key account managers, you will champion Crayon’s expertise in GenAI, helping customers unlock tangible value from their data and harness the latest AI innovation. 

Key responsibilities:  

• End-to-end product and service management: manage Crayon’s GenAI products and service offerings around AWS stack, define sales strategy, drive sales measure profitability 
• Stakeholder engagement: build and maintain relationships with key Business and IT stakeholders at various seniority levels on the side of AWS, customers, and within Crayon Group 
• Drive sales enablement and support end-to-end sales cycles: enable numerous key account managers and support them with sourcing and developing new opportunities while expanding existing customer base across Crayon’s Data & AI (with a core emphasis on AWS-based GenAI offerings) 
• Pipeline and delivery management: develop pursuit plans and maintain alignment with account managers and the delivery team to ensure seamless execution 
• Market insight: stay informed about market offerings, AWS service updates, and industry trends to position Crayon’s solutions strategically 

Your Competencies:   

• 5+ years of experience in product management and/or consultative sales for complex services/solutions in the tech industry; experience in Data&AI is a must 
• 2+ years managing full sales cycles for AI/ML, Data Platforms, or related solutions. 
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field 
• Familiarity with AI trends, especially AWS services and broader hyperscalers’ landscapes (Azure, GCP) and related data platforms; understanding of software development lifecycle 
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching digital products, services, and business models from initial concept through sales and full customer lifecycle management
