As our new Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for attracting new customers, as well as driving higher value engagement with existing customers focusing on our managed customer segment, increasing adoption and retention. In addition, you will be responsible for accelerating market growth and leading with core optimization and services, by focusing on solutions to drive high value.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Acquiring new customers, as well as building and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships
- Managing and reporting on a pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly target, ensuring accurate reporting in CRM
- Developing customer contact base and driving the sales of our service and vendor offerings
- Initiating sales-promoting activities with the respective business owners in Crayon, while working closely with other departments
- Working in close cooperation with the SSP, Channel, and Licensing and services teams
Your Competencies:
- 8+ years of experience in the IT business, specializing in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) or similar
- Experience selling in the coastal market with strong network and prospects
- Demonstrated experience in sales to large enterprise customers
