We're excited to welcome a new Cloud Consultant to our growing Cloud team. In this second-line support role, you’ll play a key part in tackling escalated support requests, spotting recurring issues, and building automation scripts to improve our workflows across Microsoft Partner Center, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and Azure. We’ve got a collaborative team of Cloud Architects and consultants that you’ll work closely with. Your focus will be on operational support, automation, and driving service improvements. If you're someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and wants to move toward a more technical path into cloud engineering or architecture, this is a great opportunity to grow into more advanced roles over time.

 

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Write PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive cloud administration tasks
  • Contribute to the improvement of operational processes through scripting and automation
  • Assist with troubleshooting escalated issues, working with internal stakeholders and vendors as needed
  • Participate in customer calls to speed up resolution in complex cases
  • Contribute to infrastructure automation using Terraform or OpenTofu, as well as platforms like Spacelift

 

Your Competencies:

  • 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Proficiency with PowerShell for task automation and scripting
  • Exposure gained from working with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Cloud Formation
  • Experience with version control, documentation, and project management tools such as Git, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
