As our new Channel Account Manager, you will join a high-performing sales team, taking the lead in expanding and strengthening our partner ecosystem within the channel segment. Your focus will be on attracting new partners to Crayon, deepening engagement with our existing customers, and driving adoption and retention through value-led collaboration. You will play a key role in accelerating market growth by promoting our core offerings, such as Optimization and Services and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across the existing customer base.  

Key responsibilities will include 

  • Drive channel business development, pipeline generation, sales & marketing, demand generation & creation activities with accurate forecasting and on-time CRM reporting  
  • Plan and build channel pipeline, forecasts, opportunity progression, order booking and collections regularly, as well as delivering performance on KPI’s  
  • Deliver on the Revenue, Sales, and Gross Profit accountability on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis aligned to the overall Crayon Philippines targets  
  • Develop a solid understanding of products, solutions, and services around relevant partners & publishers 
  • Assist our other departments (such as finance, operations and technical support) when needed   

Your Competencies 

  • 2+ years' sales experience (or relevant Channel Account Management experience). Consultancy experience is a plus
  • Proven experience in solution selling multi-cloud solutions and software licensing, preferably within the IT partner/channel or vendor ecosystem, with Microsoft product knowledge as an advantage
  • Demonstrated track record of successful pipeline generation and sales growth

  • Results-driven and customer-focused with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to CXO executives, as well as collaborating with pre-sales for technical discussions
  • Able to work effectively under tight deadlines with agility and adaptability
