Account Set-Up Associate

As an Associate at Convera, based in our Santa Ana office, you will build client accounts on our bespoke systems to allow Go To Market (front office) teams get the transactions and revenue required to help meet our targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining all existing client records and making changes to keep things as up to date as possible. 

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring all new corporate customers meet Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, legislation, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies
Configuring customer accounts on our back-end systems to create bespoke trading products  
Updating profiles of our customer accounts and keeping records up-to-date
Efficient internal and external communication to gather KYC information

You should apply if you have:

Higher education degree or student
Experience in Operations, Know Your customer, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering or relevant field
Excellent skills to communicate clearly, effectively, and quickly in English
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and client-centric mindset
Data processing and entry
Initiative and commitment to overcome obstacles and meet the end goal, targets
Flexible working approach, strong decision making, and influencing skills
Ability to work successfully in a self-motivated team environment

Asociado de Configuración de Cuentas

Como Asociado en Convera, con sede en nuestra oficina de Santa Ana, serás responsable de configurar cuentas de clientes en nuestros sistemas personalizados para permitir que los equipos de Go To Market (front office) realicen transacciones y generen ingresos que contribuyan al cumplimiento de nuestros objetivos. También serás responsable de mantener actualizados los registros de clientes existentes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Asegurar que todos los nuevos clientes corporativos cumplan con los requisitos de Conozca a su Cliente (KYC), legislación y políticas contra el lavado de dinero (AML).
  • Configurar cuentas de clientes en nuestros sistemas internos para crear productos de trading personalizados.
  • Actualizar los perfiles de las cuentas de clientes y mantener los registros al día.
  • Comunicación interna y externa eficiente para recopilar información KYC.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario o estudiante activo.
  • Experiencia en Operaciones, KYC, Cumplimiento, AML o áreas relacionadas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés, claras, efectivas y rápidas.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas, atención al detalle y enfoque centrado en el cliente.
  • Procesamiento y entrada de datos.
  • Iniciativa y compromiso para superar obstáculos y alcanzar metas.
  • Enfoque flexible de trabajo, habilidades sólidas de toma de decisiones e influencia.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con éxito en un entorno de equipo auto-motivado.
