Senior Global Benefits Analyst
The Senior Benefits Analyst oversees the daily management and administration of international benefits programs, including global leave of absence processes, vendor relationships, and invoicing. They play a key role in the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, while driving employee engagement and awareness of offerings. Additionally, they analyze program effectiveness, create communication materials, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, accurate forecasting, and continuous improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of international benefits programs.
- Key part of the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives that reflect company values and address employee needs at all stages of life.
- Manage global leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Foster effective relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
- Lead project plans and timelines to manage the implementation of innovative programs and modifications to plan designs.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate program usage, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.
- Develop and distribute organization-wide communications to inform stakeholders and employees of program changes.
- Responsible for the benefits of invoicing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Enhance employee awareness and engagement with available benefits offerings.
- Partner with Finance, Tax, and Audit teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, reconciliation, and auditing of processes.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of in-depth experience in benefits and retirement plan management, ideally within a multinational organization or consulting firm. Previous experience managing outsourced vendors.
- At least 3 years of experience with benefit renewals and analysis. Skilled in negotiation and maintaining constructive relationships with works councils and unions.
- At least 3 years’ experience of in-depth analytical skills and project management.
- At least 2 years of EMEA benefit plan laws and regulations.
- At least 2 years of management administration leave in EMEA.
- Proficiency with Dayforce system, and or Darwin is a plus.
- Experience with due diligence and integration during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
- Self-driven with strong work ethics and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities independently.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Resourceful, initiative-taking, and adept at multitasking while meeting deadlines with mindfulness.
