Compliance Operations Analyst

As a Compliance Operations Analyst at Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will be fully trained to investigate and analyze corporate customers to make sure they meet all necessary requirements, legislation, and policies. After gathering all the required information about the customers, you will decide whether to pursue or terminate the business relationship with them. Here you will have an opportunity to work and develop in a professional multicultural environment. 

You will be responsible for: 

• Governance of internal documentation (operational processes)
• Quality Assessment checks 
• Driving  various projects, transformation initiatives
• Supporting with internal and external audits 
• Delivering training to the teams (supporting organizational goal focused on cross training and upskilling)

• Advantage to have Customer service skills or experience within KYC area
