Who is ControlPlane?
We are a London-based cloud technology company, helping to keep people safe online. We work with cloud providers and their customers to secure the building blocks of the internet, by offering consulting, training and products related to cloud native and AI development, security and operations.
ControlPlane’s priority is to continue to lead in the Kubernetes, AI, and DevSecOps spaces. We secure the next generation of software systems and provide a clear, risk-based adoption guide for organisations looking to implement best practices.
What We’re Looking For in an Executive Assistant:
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO, Andrew Martin. Andrew has bootstrapped ControlPlane to a 50-person organisation through a keen, enthusiastic work ethic and operates at a consistently high frequency. He travels and speaks internationally, holds multiple advisory and community positions, and leads ControlPlane with deep technical and visionary expertise. You will be expected to match this cadence and thrive in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.
This is a brilliant opportunity to provide combined high-level executive and personal support to an approachable, dynamic CEO. This role is a highly valued and crucial part of the team, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact within a successful, growing tech consultancy. The EA will act as a trusted right hand and a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, which is ideal for someone eager to immerse themselves in the tech world, build strong relationships, and grow in a collaborative setting.
