Constructor Tech is seeking an experienced Partner Growth Manager to drive partner-led growth across Singapore and selected Southeast Asian markets. This role is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and growing strategic partners while expanding market presence within the education, digital learning, and research sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the partner growth strategy for Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate new channels and strategic partners.
- Grow revenue through existing partners and expand partner-led pipeline opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Create and execute joint business plans, go-to-market initiatives, and co-selling activities.
- Provide market intelligence and partner insights to support regional growth objectives.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the education, EdTech, or digital learning industry.
- Proven success in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or ecosystem development.
- Strong understanding of partner-led business models and channel growth strategies.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue, growth, or business development targets.
- Established network within Singapore's education and technology ecosystem preferred.
- Experience across Southeast Asia markets is an advantage.
- Experience working with Microsoft or Microsoft partner ecosystems in education is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
