JOB TITLE: PARTNER ACCOUNT MANAGER
REPORTS TO: VP PARTNER SALES AND STRATEGY
SUMMARY:
Constructor Tech is enlarging a Partner Account Management Team within Channel Sales department to recruit net new partners and enable existing partners to sell Constructor All-in-One platform for education and research.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Make a territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify potential partners
· Search for EdTech providers in the dedicated geographies, which might become potential Constructor Tech partners
· Build the list of potential partners to outreach, conduct research on their nature, what products they resell or develop, who their customers are, outreach via calls, social media, emails
· Engage, activate and enable new partners with Constructor Tech sales and marketing tools and programs
· Initiate Partner Onboarding and Enablement Program with each engaged partner
· Make partners sell Constructor Tech solutions to existing customer base of the partner, attract new customers to partner and help to retain existing customer to partner
· Train new partners with existing and new products
· Develop relationship with key decision makers on partner side
· Support new partners on daily basis on business and technology development
· Establish weekly or bi-weekly cadence with each engaged partner
· Engage Constructor Tech presales and technical support teams
· Generate sales pipeline with a partner working together on existing customers (account mapping), lead generation campaigns, events / webinars
· Conduct joint business planning (partner development plans)
· Guide throughout the integration process when a partner integrates Constructor Tech solutions with the platform they sell / develop
· Document each interaction with a partner in a corporate CRM system (HubSpot)
SKILLS:
· Fluent English, Native Arabic
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to articulate product’s different features, and answers any questions customers might have
· Knowledge on HubSpot is preferred
· Punctual, reliable, and strong attention to detail
· Strong time management skills
· Self-motivated, upbeat, organized and highly persistent in follow-up
· Flexible, team player, open to changes in responsibilities and strategies
EXPERIENCE:
· Equivalent industry experience
· Channel sales\ Partner account manager \ Channel development position within a software vendor, with a minimum of 5+ years sales and marketing experience in the software industry
· In depth channel and field sales experience with understanding of EdTech market and SaaS business model
· Strong presentation, communication and planning skills
