Role summary
As Events Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of strategic, high-impact events across multiple regions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding experiences for prospects, partners, and clients — from product showcases and user summits to industry conferences, executive briefings, and webinars. You’ll also take ownership of virtual event formats, including organizing webinars from concept to delivery: sourcing speakers, crafting compelling agendas, coordinating logistics, and ensuring high-quality execution. Your focus will be on external-facing events that elevate our brand and engage key stakeholders in the global education ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed proposals for Constructor-led and co-hosted events across multiple locations including: timelines, targets, venues, vendors, staffing, and budgets.
- Identify and secure speakers, VIP guests, and entertainment. Coordinate their participation in alignment with brand and event goals.
- Organize webinars and online events, including agenda creation, speaker sourcing, moderation planning, and audience engagement strategies.
- Design event layouts and agendas with a focus on branding, production quality, and a high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to promote events and ensure optimal attendance.
- Provide excellent support to attendees, speakers, partners, and sponsors throughout the event lifecycle.
- Forecast, track, and report on event performance metrics and ROI.
- Propose and test new event formats to improve attendee engagement and experience.
- Negotiate with multimedia and catering vendors, oversee merchandise production, and manage logistics for VIP dinners and branded experiences.
- Be prepared to travel (including weekends) and operate calmly under pressure while upholding quality standards at every step.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in planning and executing professional events - preferably for tech, corporate, or education sectors.
- Proven ability to manage international events with cultural awareness and logistical precision.
- Experience in organizing and moderating webinars, including identifying speakers and shaping content agendas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across complex workflows.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management experience (AV/multimedia, catering, merch).
- User of digital tools, with at least basic familiarity in the following: Zoom (Meetings & Webinars), Figma, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Ready to travel and support events outside of standard business hours when needed.
