Professional Services team helps sales to grow and deliver the company’s products to its customers. 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of internal, customer implementation and technical account management projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
    • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
    • Implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties to ensure project completion.
    • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
  • Client Account management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Effectively communicate project status, progress, and challenges.
    • Manage customer expectations and address their concerns.
    • Pro-actively communicate with Premier Customers and Partners to ensure alignment in project goals and implementation.
    • Oversee Premier customers’ onboarding with new solutions, manage customization requests and ensure a smooth handover process.
    • Represent Premier Customer's interests when discussing their feature requests/product issues with the Engineering. Track and prioritize feature requests, code improvements and bugfixes.
  • Assist with the the implementation of new solutions, deployment of packages, hotfixes, and plan upgrades; perform post-upgrade services availability check.
  • Guide Premier Customers in adopting Constructor Tech best practices, including conducting risk assessments and health check processes.
  • Maintain availability during Premier Customer business hours to provide timely support.
    • Own all support incidents and requests submitted by Premier Customers and drive the resolution.
    • Coordinate escalations and conduct post-incident reviews and RCAs on Premier Customers demand.
    • Participate in support related activities and handle non-premier support related activities per manager’s request.   
    • Retain Premier Support Customer CSAT and NPS through a variety of outcome-driven activities and own Service Levels and other KPIs based on the contract terms.
  • Report on Premier Support Customers including trend analysis, current health status and manager defined KPIs on schedule or on-demand.  
  • Keep information up-to-date on Premier Customers ensuring that information is shared as internal knowledge content.
  • Learn and increasepractical experience with the Constructor Tech products and other technologies like other software solutions for education and science.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Change Management:
    • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or resources.
    • Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.
    • Monitor and handle Change Requests required for implementation of projects.  
  • Other:
    • Willing to travel up to 75% of their time, including to customers in Singapore.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Fluent English language.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in software project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
