Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with relevant units and departments to understand market research needs.
  • Design and execute quantitative research projects related to higher education and life-long learning, including surveys, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop high-quality survey questionnaires and manage their distribution, preferably with experience in using purchased survey panels (e.g., SurveyMonkey Audience).
  • Perform desk research to conduct competitor analysis, gathering insights on industry trends and competitive activities.
  • Conduct basic quantitative analysis and interpret data, preferably with experience in methods such as conjoint analysis and MaxDiff.
  • Prepare presentations and effectively present findings to key decision-makers.
  • Manage relationships with external consultants and market research firms when required. Manage budget planning for such collaborations.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of market research data and insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in higher education market research.

Requirement and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of industry experience in market analysis, preferably in educational services. (Preferably experience in market research companies or think-tanks)
  • Experience in managing customer or service provider relationships is an asset.
  • Proficiency in quantitative tools and methods.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work globally and remotely.
