Our satellite constellation delivers high-resolution land surface temperature data, giving governments, defence organisations, commercial operators and global institutions the intelligence they need to monitor change, assess risk and make better-informed decisions.

From national security and critical infrastructure to agriculture and climate resilience, constellr turns temperature into actionable intelligence for a changing world.

Your Role

You'll design and build the systems and integrations that connect constellr's core business platforms. Your work will keep data flowing reliably between our ERP, CRM, HRIS and other systems, giving the business a solid foundation as we scale.

Key responsibilities

 

• Develop, maintain and improve our backend systems and APIs
• Build and support integrations across our ERP, CRM, HRIS and other business systems
• Maintain our data pipelines and make sure data stays accurate and consistent across every system
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend system issues as they arise
• Clearly document our system architecture and the logic behind each integration

 

Job requirements

About you 

Required: 

 

• Hands-on experience in backend development and systems integration
• Familiarity with APIs and common business systems such as ERP, CRM and HRIS
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to debugging
• Fluency in English

 

Hice to Have:

 

• German language skills
• Experience integrating platforms such as Personio, SAP, Salesforce or similar
• Experience with database administration
• Experience working in a regulated or security-conscious environment
