Work with us

Don’t see a perfect match among our open roles today? Don’t worry. We’re growing fast, and new positions open up all the time. Leave your details here, and we’ll keep you in mind for what’s coming next.

About constellr

At constellr, we build and operate our own constellation of thermal infrared satellites. From orbit, we measure the temperature of the Earth’s surface with high precision and turn that data into insights that help our customers make better decisions, from agriculture and water management to climate resilience, infrastructure and security.

We’re a fast-growing European New Space company with teams in Germany and Belgium and our main hub in Munich. Our people work across everything it takes to run a satellite business: designing missions, flying satellites, processing imagery, building software and bringing our data to customers around the world.

Who we’d love to hear from

We’re always interested in talented, curious people who want to help build something meaningful. Our teams span engineering, flight and imaging operations, data and analytics, software development, product, business development, finance, people, communications and more. If you think you could make an impact at constellr, we’d like to know about you, even if you don’t see the right role advertised today.

How to apply

Upload your CV and complete the short form below. A cover letter is optional, but it’s a great place to tell us which area of the business interests you most and what kind of role you’re looking for. It helps us get your profile in front of the right team.

What happens next?

Your profile will join our talent community. This isn’t an application for a specific role. Instead, when a position opens that matches your skills and interests, we’ll reach out to you directly. We review every profile, but because we receive many applications, we may not be able to respond to everyone individually.

Are you a student? Take a look at our Students & Interns post instead, where you can tell us which team you’d like to join.

Your privacy
We’ll keep your details for up to 24 months so we can contact you about future opportunities. You can withdraw your consent and have your data deleted at any time by emailing dpo@constellr.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
