Team & Reporting Line: Finance Team, Reporting to VP Operations

Your Role

You'll build the financial models and dashboards that power constellr's planning and decision-making, turning raw data into clear, actionable financial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain FP&A financial models
• Develop reporting dashboards and automate recurring reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with data analysis
• Partner with Business Controlling on KPI tracking
• Identify opportunities for reporting automation and efficiency 

Job requirements

About you 

Required: 

• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis or data analytics
• Strong Excel/financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations
• Fluent German and English 

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar
• SQL or scripting skills for data automation
• Experience in a scale-up finance function
