Global Project Manager

Role Overview:

As a Global Project Manager at CSA, you will provide strategic leadership across CSA’s global project landscape, overseeing multiple cross-functional logistics initiatives while directly leading and mentoring regional and functional Project Managers. Acting as a senior orchestration layer between executive leadership, internal teams, partners, and key customers, you will ensure projects are aligned with CSAs global strategy, delivered consistently, and executed at scale.

This role will be onsite at our office in Zurich.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead CSA’s global project portfolio, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives, customer commitments, and operational priorities.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to Project Managers across regions, acting as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact initiatives.
• Drive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams including operations, sales, procurement, finance, legal, and technology.
• Act as a senior interface for key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Oversee global project budgets, financial performance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guide the implementation and scaling of logistics solutions across global logistics operations, ensuring consistency and service quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within the logistics or supply chain sector, ideally in a 4PL or digital freight environment.
• Proven experience leading Project Managers or managing large, multi-project portfolios.
• Strong experience managing RFI/RFQ processes and complex, cross-functional project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities.

Bonus / Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS models, and SDLC processes.
• Knowledge of contract law and global procurement frameworks.
• Background in freight forwarding or logistics technology platforms.
