Project Description
The specialist will join an established engineering team and work across multiple feature domains, providing hands-on Go development and technical leadership. The role focuses on accelerating delivery, improving code quality, and advancing the use of AI coding agents and agentic development workflows alongside existing Architects and Tech Leads.

What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on Go engineering support to accelerate the delivery of critical features;
- Improve development velocity, code quality, testing practices, and maintainability;
- Improve the agent harness, skills, tools, context, workflows, and validation to increase agent autonomy and reduce human intervention;
- Establish reusable Go patterns and engineering standards for engineers and AI agents;
- Monitor agentic development trends and evaluate promising tools and approaches through rapid experiments;
- Use small proof-of-concept implementations to validate technical approaches and resolve disagreements;
- Identify bottlenecks, defects, and sources of rework, and turn lessons learned into reusable improvements across teams;
- Collaborate with Architects and Tech Leads while avoiding unnecessary technology or process changes;
- Clearly communicate technical options, risks, and trade-offs to customer stakeholders;
- Constructively challenge proposed approaches and help find pragmatic compromises that balance speed, quality, and maintainability;
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience;
- Extensive hands-on production experience with Go, including API development, design patterns, concurrency, testing, and engineering best practices;
- Strong experience with software architecture and system design;
- Hands-on experience using AI coding agents and working with agentic development workflows;
- Experience with developer tooling, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing;
- Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar codebases and become productive;
- Excellent technical judgment and customer-facing communication skills;
- Ability to influence technical decisions, navigate disagreements, and build consensus;
- English level: b2 or higher;
