What You'll Do

  • Architect and implement intelligent agents that operate above the DCL, reasoning and acting through its unified ontology;
  • Enhance the DCL’s self-improving abstraction layer using RAG to improve schema understanding, mapping accuracy, and explainability;
  • Build intuitive interfaces that visualize agent reasoning, data mappings, and RevOps functionality, with and without HITL;
  • Harden and stabilize the existing DCL demo for production-grade performance;
  • Work closely with product, design, and solution teams to align technical execution with strategic goals;
  • Translate real customer pain points into intelligent, scalable solutions that demonstrate visible value;

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI/ML application development;
  • Experience with platforms like Replit, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, and Gemini/OpenAI APIs;
  • Proficiency in Python for building scalable, maintainable API;
  • Proven experience designing and deploying agentic architectures and GenAI applications;
  • Hands-on experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation in real-world use cases;
  • Familiarity with semantic data modeling, schema alignment, and contextual mapping strategies;
  • Understanding of iPaaS platforms and their limitations; ability to architect solutions that go beyond commodity plumbing;
  • Level of English - from B2 (written/spoken);
