Project Description

The current initiative focuses on stabilizing and evolving the company’s core platform by reducing technical debt and modernizing critical services. The project uses an existing Golang-based codebase hosted on AWS, supporting internal services and third-party integrations. Key objectives include enhancing platform scalability, implementing CI/CD best practices, improving testing coverage, contributing to architectural refinements.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to stabilizing and refactoring the Golang-based backend platform
  • Implement improvements to architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and testing
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code (unit/integration tests)
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the Architect and other stakeholders
  • Participate in sprint grooming, planning, and Kanban-style delivery cycles
  • Interact directly with the client to align on deliverables and technical direction
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and architectural gaps

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Go
  • Proficient in Golang, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
  • Comfortable with modern Web 2.0 architecture
  • Experience with writing and maintaining unit and integration tests
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable working directly with the client
  • Proactive mindset, able to contribute ideas and challenge assumptions constructively
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team structure
  • English - B2 or higher
