Project Description

This role supports a California-based initiative focused on digital transformation in the home mortgage sector. You will contribute to a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery team, working closely with digital product managers, designers, and engineers. The project involves building and enhancing mobile/web applications, particularly for loan application and enrollment experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Guide business analysis for digital product teams; gather, structure, and refine business and functional requirements.
  • Maintain and manage requirements in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Lead and support scrum ceremonies, especially refinement sessions.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to shape seamless digital customer experiences.
  • Support hybrid development teams (onshore/offshore) in clarifying scope and translating business needs into technical stories.
  • Document user flows, data processes, and system interactions using Google Docs, Sheets, Lucidchart, or similar tools.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital software development environment.
  • Experience writing requirements for both frontend (mobile/web) and backend systems.
  • Strong understanding of data flow, system integrations, and microservices-based architecture.
  • Hands-on experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • English level: B2 or higher.
