Brand Design Lead
Poland
This role merges the creative authority of a brand owner with the strategic and operational discipline of a design leader. You’ll guide the firm’s visual identity across all touchpoints, manage agency and creative vendor relationships, and influence priority initiatives on behalf of and alongside the CMO, including brand revitalization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Direction: Define and evolve the company’s visual brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency, distinctiveness, and alignment across assets.
- Creative Execution: Lead and/or execute the design of foundational marketing assets, including:
- Website and landing pages
- Sales and executive pitch decks
- Marketing asset templates (e.g., whitepapers, datasheets)
- Event visuals and signage
- Spatial and in-office design
- Social graphics and advertising creative
- Agency & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external creative agencies, freelance designers, and production vendors, owning briefing, feedback, quality control, and timelines.
- Brand Revitalization Leadership: Participate in the company’s brand refresh and repositioning initiatives, including audit, rebranding, rollout, and employee enablement.
- Creative Governance: Establish design systems, brand guidelines, asset management tools, and scalable review processes to ensure brand integrity across all internally and externally produced assets.
Qualifications
- Experience in brand, graphic/visual and UX/UI design, including design operations responsibilities.
- Strong portfolio of brand design work across digital and print mediums, especially for B2B or tech-oriented audiences.
- Experience managing direct reports, external creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
- Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional efforts with multiple stakeholders and teams and high visibility.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between creative and strategic requirements.
- Substantial familiarity with design and design-adjacent tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of brand architecture and positioning frameworks.
Success Metrics
- Visual consistency and brand integrity across all marketing channels.
- Timely, on-brand execution of design projects across internal and external teams.
- Performance of revitalized brand expression (e.g., engagement metrics, business feedback).
