Project Description

The team is working on a high-complexity product within the Mobility Scheduling and Planning portfolio. The goal is to evolve and migrate the existing Scheduling and Routing solution to the cloud using modern tools and architecture. The project is ongoing and long-term, with significant opportunities for growth, innovation, and team expansion. Developers will contribute to both feature development and architectural improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using ASP.NET Core and SQL Server
  • Design and implement REST APIs for integration with frontend apps and third-party systems
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, indexes, etc.
  • Develop and maintain database schemas and manage data integrity
  • Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Support existing codebase and refactor legacy components where needed
  • Troubleshoot and fix defects and provide support during release cycles
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to expedite testing and product delivery
  • Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders on requirements and progress
  • Work as part of a cross-functional Agile team, participating in daily standups and sprint ceremonies

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server
  • Familiarity with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
  • Experience working with Azure Cloud Services is a strong plus (Azure Functions, Key Vault, App Services)
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, performance tuning, and data modeling
  • Experience with Git-based workflows (Bitbucket, Git) and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps)
  • English: B2+ level or higher (spoken and written); daily communication with distributed team and stakeholders
