Tech Lead DevOps Engineer (IAM Solutions)

Project Description
The team is actively building and supporting multi-customer features in a microservices-based IAM platform. Development follows Agile methodology with two-week or monthly sprints, delivered continuously to production. The platform is based on Spring Boot services written in Java 8/11, and adheres to modern DevOps practices with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who will assess the current product and propose an improved deployment and CI/CD strategy. This role requires technical excellence and leadership to collaborate with DevOps team and deliver meaningful infrastructure enhancements.

What You'll Do
- Review and assess existing DevOps and deployment pipelines
- Design and propose infrastructure and CI/CD strategy improvements
- Lead implementation of DevOps changes, guiding the existing team
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore stakeholders to align technical direction
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of deployments
- Document and communicate DevOps processes and changes effectively
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure automation
- Strong experience in DevOps and infrastructure automation
- Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins
- Proven ability to assess complex environments and design scalable CI/CD pipelines
- Experience supporting Java-based microservices in production environments
- Ability to lead and collaborate with globally distributed teams
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
- English level: B2 or higher
- Availability to work during standard EU business hours (some late meetings may occur occasionally)
- No on-call rotation required
