Project Description

We are seeking a motivated Java Developer to join one of our dynamic teams. This role is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build experience in a supportive, international environment while contributing to exciting backend development projects. You will be involved in designing and building new features, improving existing functionality, integrating with databases, and participating in system optimization tasks. The project operates within a microservices architecture and follows Agile development practices. You’ll work in a collaborative, distributed team with English-speaking clients and international stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and optimize backend applications using Java, Spring, and Hibernate
  • Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions
  • Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues in production environments
  • Collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams
  • Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum team structure

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional Java development experience
  • Strong knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
  • Solid experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development
  • Familiarity with unit testing tools like JUnit, Mockito, etc.
  • AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills
  • English level: B2 or higher (both written and spoken)
