QA Automation Engineer (Transportation System sphere)
Company Background
A Canadian multinational software company specializing in intelligent transportation systems and transit scheduling solutions. Headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, the organization serves over 80 transit agencies across North America. Their innovative technology streamlines vehicle and operator scheduling, including route planning, blocking, and rostering, while enhancing operational productivity and adaptability to evolving service demands.
Project Description
The primary focus of this long-term initiative is the development of a modernized, cloud-based Scheduling and Routing product to replace the client’s existing legacy system. The project is high in complexity, offering opportunities for technical growth, innovation, and deeper engagement with a fast-evolving platform. While development began a few years ago, only a fraction of the overall product milestones have been completed, leaving plenty of greenfield functionality ahead.
