Personnel Officer/Recruiting Specialist

As part of the company’s expansion in Moldova, we are looking for a professional to join our team.

What Will You Do?

  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures;
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off;
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
  • Time tracking monitoring and reporting;
  • Communicate with public services when necessary;
  • Communication among departments and reporting on a regular basis;
  • Working with internal systems to support the operations of the HR department;
  • Collaboration with vendor in GDPR compliance in daily HR operations;
  • Collaboration with vendor in Health & Safety in daily HR operations;
  • Event organization support;
  • Provide support to company employees/vendors;
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for Global Team for various positions and countries within the company;
  • Interviewing candidates (upon request);
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience;
  • Maintain and update candidate databases;
  • Updating job boards and other platforms;
  • Solve any informational requests using internet resources.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred);
  • Fluency in both Romanian and Russian languages. Good English skills required;
  • 1+ years of experience as a Personnel Officer;
  • Knowledge of labor laws of the Republic of Moldova;
  • Recruitment experience is a plus, but a strong interest in talent acquisition is essential;
  • Experience working in IT companies is a plus;
  • High level of communication skills;
  • High level of self-organization and time management skills;
  • This role requires full-time presence in the office.
