Project Description
The project is a web-adaptive module integrated into an existing system, designed to modernize and streamline the eligibility process for paratransit services. This platform will empower individuals with disabilities to independently apply for eligibility and complete the process online, ultimately redirecting them to an existing booking system.

What You'll Do
- Perform functional and non-functional manual testing
- Design and execute manual test cases based on business requirements
- Conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG standards
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Apply test design techniques to improve test coverage
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Validate UI/UX designs for accessibility using screen readers and accessibility tools
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing
- Experience in accessibility testing, including tools like NVDA, VoiceOver, axe, WAVE, Lighthouse
- Understanding of WCAG and ARIA standards
- Familiarity with test design techniques and creating test cases with automation in mind
- Experience with API testing using Postman and understanding of HTTP methods and status codes
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proactive and capable of working independently
- Strong communication skills
- Level of English - from Intermediate (spoken/written)
