Project Description
This role is part of a large-scale digital product team. Business Analysts support multiple development streams by working closely with Product Management and Architecture to define high-quality technical requirements for engineering teams. You’ll work across both frontend and backend domains and contribute to the evolution of an enterprise-level SaaS solution.

What You'll Do
- Lead workshops and conduct interviews to gather, validate, and analyze business requirements from product and technical stakeholders;
- Translate business needs into detailed, technically informed user stories for backend and frontend teams;
- Define comprehensive and testable acceptance criteria aligned with functional and non-functional requirements;
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical constraints, system dependencies, and architecture implications;
- Partner with QA to align test cases with acceptance criteria and assist in defect analysis when needed;
- Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions;
- Track and manage upstream/downstream dependencies that affect project scope or timelines;
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles;
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to process complex data;
- Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Ability to write detailed, technically sound tickets for development teams;
- Experience managing priorities in a fast-paced, Agile environment;
- Interest in technical aspects of software development (technical background is a plus);
- English level: B2 or higher.
