Project Description

You will be part of the team supporting a web application that enables:

  • Defining custom cell therapy workflows with full process control;
  • Scaling manufacturing execution and process monitoring;
  • Monitoring in-process data and auto-generating electronic batch records.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and support production environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and system integrity while collaborating closely with development and DevOps teams.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents promptly to maintain high system uptime and performance;
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines, using Azure DevOps for smooth continuous integration and deployment;
  • Analyze ElasticSearch logs and use Docker stats to identify and resolve application and infrastructure issues;
  • Monitor and manage Docker containers, ensuring optimal container health and performance;
  • Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including backups, query performance, and troubleshooting;
  • Maintain and update API documentation, using Swagger, ensuring clear integration paths;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and deploy timely updates and fixes;
  • Focus on performance optimization, scalability, and reliability in production environments;

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a production support or DevOps-related role;
  • Proven hands-on experience with ElasticSearch, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL, Swagger, .NET, and Docker;
  • Expertise in troubleshooting ElasticSearch logs and Docker container performance issues;
  • Experience managing and maintaining CI/CD workflows;
  • Solid experience with production environment support and system monitoring;
  • Familiarity with API documentation standards and maintaining Swagger docs;
  • Strong understanding of performance tuning and optimization techniques;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain effective under pressure;
  • English proficiency at B2 or higher for effective communication with internal and external teams;

Nice To Have

  • Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python;
  • Experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration tools;
